Ricardo Milos – Brazilian Professional Bodybuilder

Ricardo Milos is an international Brazilian professional bodybuilder. He was the son of Diniz and Patricia Guaise. In addition to his parents, he has a brother named Ricardo de Morais. He has three brothers, which are Carlos, Antonio and Leonardo. Ricardo had been working as an electrician until he decided to devote more time to the sport of bodybuilding.

Milos had been trained at a gym called the Elite Gymnasium in Rio de Janierio. He joined this gym when he was 16 years old and then continued to grow with him.
